Dynasty Custom Apparel Return Policy

Since our custom apparel is created specifically for your needs, returns are generally not accepted. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there is a flaw or error in the production process that differs from your approved design, we want to make it right!

  • Items with production flaws or errors: If you believe your custom apparel has a flaw or error in the production process that differs from your approved design, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or offer a store credit for the defective item(s).
  • Incorrect size or design choice: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom apparel where you selected the wrong size or made a design choice you no longer prefer. To ensure you receive exactly what you want, we highly recommend double-checking your size selections and design details before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing or design options, please don't hesitate to contact our sales team for assistance.

How to Report a Production Flaw or Error:
